They pay close attention to every single step, from first idea to final execution, to ensure that our clients are fully satisfied with the services and end result.
Every project has a project coordinator, superintendent and general superintendent.
Project Coordinator
Manages the administrative and organizational aspects of the project, including:
  • Providing the client with project status updates.
  • Making sure all permits and locates are up-to-date.
  • Approving submittals for each job.
  • Reporting changes in project activities.
  • Communicating with the foreman for current project status.
Handles the field aspects of the project, including:
  • Sending the Daily Work Plan and reporting on the project the day before.
  • Coordinates each person’s responsibilities and goes over all safety requirements.
  • Walks with operators to check all existing utilities before excavation begins.
  • Supervises all activites.
  • If Weekly Work Plan alters in any way, lists the reasons why and reports the update.
General Superintendent
Oversees the superintendent, project coordinator, and the operation at large.
  • Visits job sites that need assistance.
  • Verifies and checks the Daily and Weekly Work Plans.
  • Prepares next day’s crew list.
  • Prepares next day’s truck routes.
  • Checks the next day’s work plan with each foreman.
