Broward Health Medical Center.

Solution Construction was engaged for the early works package at the new Broward Health FSED, focusing on site readiness, utility coordination, and environmental controls.

Boca Raton Regional Hospital.

This comprehensive redevelopment project encompassed both temporary and permanent roadway infrastructure, supporting phased hospital construction and long-term functionality.

    • Phased installation and removal of temporary asphalt across four construction phases

    • Demolition and reconstruction of sidewalks, curbs, and existing utilities, including tree protection and washdown stations

    • Major drainage infrastructure, including RCP systems, multiple inlet types, French drains, and connection to existing systems

    • New water mains and valves, spanning 4” to 16” DIP, with tapping sleeves, gate valves, DDCVs, and fire hydrants

    • Sewer systems installation, including laterals, manholes, and PVC ranging from 6” to 15” with full connections to existing structures

    • Concrete work, such as sidewalks, drop curbs, ditch paving, and concrete headers

    • Final restoration, including asphalt milling and resurfacing, road striping, signage installation, and MOT

Jackson Health System.

Solution Construction delivered full underground infrastructure and site development for the Jackson West Campus, supporting a new medical facility with large-scale utilities and critical site grading.

Baptist Health.

For this inpatient rehabilitation hospital and adjacent parking garage, Solution Construction provided complete underground and surface civil infrastructure from demolition through final grading and striping.

    • Sanitary sewer, with PVC C-900 laterals and mains, manholes, bypass pumping, and grease trap coordination

Solution Construction was selected to perform the early works and utility infrastructure for the highly anticipated Villa Miami development in Edgewater. The scope spanned multiple phases including garage, tower, off-site, and regional duct bank coordination.

    • Sewer scope, including C-900 PVC mains, manholes, laterals, grease trap coordination, and bypass

    • FPL duct bank trenching and coordination, including concrete encasement and manhole installation

    • Concrete and paving work, including curbs, sidewalks, driveways, and lime rock base preparation for pavers and turf areas

    • Striping and signage, across all active scopes, including on-site and off-site improvements

    • Off-site infrastructure, along multiple city streets, with asphalt pavement, utility tie-ins, and stormwater systems per FDOT standards

Solution Construction provided full-site development for the Casa Familia affordable housing campus, delivering comprehensive civil work across both the Homes and Gardens sections in Phase 2 & 3.

    • Alternates, including demolition of existing site elements and sub-base import for areas requiring soil remediation

Laguna Gardens.

Solution Construction executed full-site civil infrastructure for the Laguna Gardens project in Miami Gardens, providing a complete underground utility package, structural prep, and surface restoration for this multi-building residential complex.

    • Extensive storm drainage systems, including HDPE pipe ranging from 8” to 24”, exfiltration trenches, manholes, catch basins, and mitered end sections

    • Domestic water and fire service infrastructure, with 2” to 12” DIP and PVC, dual meter boxes, hydrants, valves, RPZs, backflow devices, and full restoration of tie-ins

    • Sanitary sewer, with C-900 PVC, manholes, clean-outs, wyes, and connection to existing infrastructure after full demolition of outdated systems

    • Concrete scope, including sidewalks, dumpster pads, curbs, valley gutters, and full site grading with import fill and sub-base compaction

    • Striping and ADA signage, including all pavement markings, crosswalks, handicap stalls, and directional signage throughout the development

    • Lake remediation and backfill, with over 60,000 tons of imported rock fill to stabilize and prepare for future expansion

    • Site logistics and crane pads, with additional stabilization for equipment access

Solution Construction led the civil infrastructure upgrade for the Nicklaus Children’s Health System Palmetto Bay Outpatient Center, focusing on the integration of new sewer systems and restoration of the surrounding site.
