As we close out the month, I want to leave everyone with one reminder: prevention starts before the work begins. It’s taking the time to think ahead, recognize what could go wrong, and address it before it becomes a problem.
That mindset applies to every part of our work—from safety and planning to quality and communication. When each of us takes ownership and speaks up early, we protect our teams, our projects, and the standards we’ve worked hard to build.
