Solution Construction is delivering the early earthwork and comprehensive site-civil infrastructure, including demolition, construction logistics, temporary water service, asphalt paving, stormwater systems, water and sewer utilities, site concrete, striping, and signage. The tower topped out ahead of schedule and is expected to be completed in late 2027.

Flightway 12 is a new commercial and industrial flex-warehouse development in Sweetwater, developed by Blueteck with Ralph Merritt Construction Corporation serving as general contractor. The project combines tilt-up concrete construction with underground Cupolex containment systems to create flexible space for industrial and commercial users. Solution Construction is delivering the site-civil scope, including major earthwork, asphalt paving, stormwater infrastructure, water and sewer utilities, concrete, striping, signage, and related site improvements.

Basecamp 305 is expanding its technology-focused private school with a new building at 251 Washington Avenue in Miami Beach, creating additional learning space for upper elementary and middle school students. Designed by Arquitectonica with Turner Construction serving as construction manager, the project incorporates an innovative voided-slab system that reduces structural weight and supports the building’s complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing needs. Solution Construction is delivering the site-civil scope, including demolition, building-pad preparation, paving, stormwater infrastructure, water and sewer utilities, concrete, striping, and site improvements.

The Cox Science Center and Aquarium is undergoing a major expansion in West Palm Beach, led by Skanska. The project will introduce an 86,000-square-foot, two-story Science Pavilion featuring an expanded aquarium, permanent and traveling exhibitions, and interactive STEM learning spaces. Solution Construction is supporting the transformation through site demolition, temporary construction logistics, building pad preparation, landscaping-area clearing, concrete sidewalks, planter curbs, striping, and signage. The existing science center will remain open throughout construction, with completion anticipated in September 2027.

The Benjamín León Jr. Building at FIU CasaCuba will be a 43,000-square-foot cultural and academic center dedicated to celebrating Cuban heritage through research, education, exhibitions, and community programming. Designed by HKS and built by Thornton Construction at FIU’s Modesto A. Maidique Campus, the facility will feature galleries, classrooms, event venues, and tropical indoor-outdoor spaces. Solution Construction is delivering the site-civil infrastructure, including demolition, building pads, stormwater systems, water and sewer utilities, paving, concrete, striping, and site improvements.

Royal Palm Plaza is a multi-phase enabling project preparing the Boca Raton property for future hospitality development and redevelopment opportunities. Strategic Group is providing preconstruction coordination and design assistance for Investments Limited’s long-term vision, while Solution Construction is delivering the site work needed to move the property forward, including demolition, earthwork, asphalt paving, stormwater infrastructure, curbing, concrete preparation, striping, and signage.

Pearl on the River is a new 320-unit luxury waterfront community being developed by Morgan and Compatriot Capital in Deerfield Beach’s Cove neighborhood. The project will feature resort-style amenities, a public waterfront boardwalk, and a private marina with 13 boat slips. Solution Construction is delivering the comprehensive site-civil scope, including demolition, earthwork, building pads, drainage, water and sewer infrastructure, a new lift station, paving, and site concrete. Completion is anticipated in summer 2028.

The Perigon Miami Beach has topped out at its full 17-story height along the Atlantic Ocean in Mid-Beach. Developed by Mast Capital in partnership with an affiliate of Starwood Capital Group, the luxury condominium tower features architecture by OMA, with Moss Construction serving as the general contractor. Solution Construction is delivering the project’s site-civil work, including earthwork, underground utilities, drainage, concrete, paving, and site improvements. Completion is anticipated in 2027.

Working alongside Brasfield & Gorrie, our team is delivering the complete site civil package—from site preparation and underground utilities to paving, concrete, and final site improvements—helping transform an existing industrial facility into a state-of-the-art data center powered by 100% carbon-free energy.
