Every incident has a story, and more often than not, it begins long before the incident itself. It starts with preparation, clear communication, and a commitment to following the right process. The strongest teams aren’t the ones who solve the most problems, they’re the ones who prevent them.
This month’s focus is on building a culture of prevention. Every work plan, every utility locate, every conversation with our crews, and every decision we make in the field contributes to a safer jobsite and stronger relationships with our clients.
